Member Experience Survey and Why It’s Important
With the new year under way, we are all looking to make a positive, healthy start. That’s as true for Health Net as it is for you!

Each year, health plan members across the country receive the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey. It’s is also called the Member Experience Survey. It’s your chance to give feedback on your health care experience. This helps Health Net make improvements so that you receive the best health care possible.
